These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website fullbusinessservices.co.uk and any services offered by Full Business Services Ltd (“FBSL”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Scope and Hierarchy
These Terms cover use of our website and any general information we provide. Recruitment services for clients (employers) are governed by our separate written Terms of Business. If there is a conflict, the signed Terms of Business take precedence. Candidate privacy and data rights are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Definitions
“Candidate” means an individual who registers with us, applies for roles or otherwise seeks work through FBSL.
“Client” means an organisation that requests or receives recruitment services from FBSL.
“Content” means text, images, job listings, documents or other materials on the site.
“Site” means fullbusinessservices.co.uk and related subpages.
Using Our Website
You must use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape data, or interfere with security or operation. We may suspend or withdraw the Site (in whole or part) without notice and are not liable for any resulting unavailability.
Accuracy of Information and Job Listings
We aim to keep Content accurate and current, but vacancies, rates and requirements may change or close without notice. We do not guarantee that any role advertised will remain available or that you will be selected for interview or engagement. Clients set role criteria and make final hiring decisions.
Candidate Terms (Summary)
By registering or submitting a CV you confirm that your information is complete, accurate and lawful to share. You consent to us processing your data to provide recruitment services, including sharing appropriate details with prospective Clients, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not charge Candidates any fees for finding work. You are responsible for maintaining the currency of licences, tickets and right-to-work documentation.
Client Terms (Summary)
All introductions, CV submissions and placements are subject to FBSL’s written Terms of Business, which set out fees, payment terms, rebates/guarantees, confidentiality, and liabilities. No supply of staff is agreed unless and until those Terms of Business are accepted by the Client (expressly or by conduct).
No Legal, Financial or Technical Advice
Information on the Site is general and for guidance only. It does not constitute legal, financial, technical or compliance advice. You should obtain professional advice tailored to your circumstances before acting on information from the Site.
Your Account and Security
If you create an account or profile, you must keep your login details confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected compromise. We may disable accounts that breach these Terms.
Submitting Content to Us
Where you upload or provide Content (e.g., a CV), you grant FBSL a non-exclusive licence to use, store, copy and share that Content with prospective Clients for the purpose of providing recruitment services. You warrant that you have the right to provide such Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Site and its Content (excluding Candidate CVs and Client materials) belong to FBSL or our licensors. You may view, temporarily download and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or exploit any Content without our prior written consent.
Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and share personal data and your rights.
Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may link to third-party websites, ATS portals or tools. Those are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Compliance, Right-to-Work and Vetting
Where required by law or Client policy, we may verify identity, right-to-work, licences/tickets, references and conduct other lawful checks. You agree to provide accurate documentation promptly. Failure to do so may delay or prevent introduction, interview or engagement.
Fees and Payment (Clients)
Fees, expenses, payment terms, rebates/guarantees and VAT are set out in our Terms of Business with Clients. Late payment may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.
Umbrella and Payroll (Contractors)
If you contract via an umbrella/payroll company, you are responsible for choosing a compliant provider. FBSL is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party payroll provider.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change or remove Content, features or sections of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
Disclaimers
The Site and Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations that may otherwise be implied.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under law. Subject to the foregoing, FBSL will not be liable for: loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or Content. For Clients engaging services under our Terms of Business, any liability cap will be as stated in that agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FBSL against claims, losses, costs or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any Content you supply that
infringes third-party rights or is unlawful.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, utility outages, strikes, pandemics, government action or extreme weather.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law).
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring claims in their local courts.
